Monks healed by faith and various natural drugs, knowledge of which was accumulated from the treasury of divine revelation and human observations. Thus, according to legend, a craftsman from Gdansk, who suffered from fever, skin, saw in a dream walking along the path of the Virgin Mary, shed tears for the fate of suffering people. Hearing this path, an artisan, waking up, went to her and saw her along the edges of dense scattering of delicate flowers bloomed modestly in the dense greenery. He put the petals in their hands, and cleanse them from damage. After this miracle, the craftsman decided to become a monk and devote himself to healing people. From the revelations of prayer and conversations with the sages, he drew his knowledge of the healing properties of the surrounding nature. His fame transcended the country, and recipes passed from mouth to mouth. Some of them we used in our new cosmetic line "collection of ancient recipes".
